 🧘‍♀️ FREE Guided Meditation for Women – Join 𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗭𝗢𝗡𝗘 at The Kogarah Storehouse! 🧘‍♀️
 
Join us for a nurturing series of Guided Meditation & Mindfulness sessions designed to support your emotional wellbeing, calm your mind, and bring moments of peace into your week.
Through her soothing voice and step-by-step guidance, Julieanne will help you:
✅Let go of stress
✅Reconnect with yourself
✅Find balance and inner calm
✅Feel supported and connected with other women
 
Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, these sessions are perfect for you. You can attend just one or two, but you’ll get the most benefit from all sessions.

Women’s Support Programs

Women’s Health and Wellbeing ProgramsAimed at disadvantaged women, particularly mothers with young children. The program covers a range of key areas in which women are seeking help. These include health, parenting skills, behavioral issues, stress, grief, self-care and domestic harmony.

Finding My Way Forward – For women experiencing domestic violence
Practical specialist help is being offered for women and families who are currently living with or have experienced domestic violence in their lives.

Community Group Programs

Get Crafty at Storehouse group – in recess

Kogarah Adult Leisure Learning group meets Friday mornings 10am-3.00pm (school terms only)

Kumon Maths meets Mondays and Thursday afternoons from 2.30pm till 6.00pm

The Knitters Guild meets the first Saturday of each month from 9am -12noon.

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meets Saturday 5.00-6.30pm.

Smart Recovery meets Friday 4.30-6.00pm.
